Title of Collaborative Activity:

Two-Dose H7N9 Vaccination Project

Description of Collaborative Activity:

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is working with the National Institute for General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) on a project to use a previously developed mathematical model to determine the best use of a limited supply of H7N9 influenza vaccine. The model is currently being used with H5N1 clinical vaccination data. Once the H7N9 clinical data are available, NIAID will transmit the de-identified datasets for analyses with this model.
