Aggregate Data 2010

All information shown on this page is drawn from files that were frozen at the end of the fiscal year. This page also may include hyperlinks to the most recent project information in the RePORTER database, which contains up-to-date project information. As a result, there may be some differences between the information shown on this page and the information found in RePORTER.
10/1/10

NIH annually computes data on funding provided by NIH grants, cooperative agreements and contracts to universities, hospitals, and other institutions. The figures do not reflect Institutional reorganizations, changes of institutions, or changes to award levels made after the date they are compiled. The data simply reflects the number and amount of awards made to each Institution; therefore, it should not be interpreted as conveying any other meaning or measurement. Institutional officials are advised to scan the NIH Extramural Awards by State and Foreign Site to assist us in improving our information. Please note that the figures provided are the sum of the direct and indirect costs for each fiscal year, and not for the life of the project.

Reports on this page reflect information in NIH reporting systems at the time in which the files were finalized, and may not accurately reflect organizational changes or corrections submitted after freezing of the files. As a result, NIH understands the importance of these data. Therefore, this section is intended to note any verifiable and reasonable data corrections that could not be included in the frozen records. A list of corrections is available.
